Camping spaces were nice and easy to park a large rig. The showers needed some repair. They need to spray for stickers as our camping space were thick with them. The mange was cordial.
Private RV park in Fort Davis. We wanted to visit historical Fort Davis and the MacDonald Observatory (both are excellent), and this RV park is convenient to both. Overall the RV park is in average condition; it is basically a large gravel lot. There are washrooms and laundry (dryers do not work well), but no pool or other amenities. Definitely not a resort, but OK for just passing through and enjoying the local sights. There are picnic tables, but the side spacing is somewhat tight. Good WIFI and cable.
Long, wide, level sites. Friendly greeting at the office. "Pick your own site, and I'll bring the receipt over.". Good utilities and water. Each site has a picnic table with pergola for shade.
We had a real pleasant stay here. It is central to everything we wanted to see. The manager Jeff was very helpful from making reservations to helping us when we arrived. Very nice!!!
If you are looking for an RV spot in Ft Davis this is a nice place. Friendly people and clean facilities. Only drawback is no trees and sparse grass.
The only negative comes from our two dogs who kept stepping on the stickers.
