It's a run down place and the manger was rude from the first second we got there and has some serious anger issues

I can't recall having met a more unpleasant person than the owner of this establishment. The proximity of this place to downtown shops, etc. is it's sole redeeming factor.
No hot water. There is free WiFi. Only 2 bathrooms. One women's, one men's. Shower and toilet in single room so of someone's shower and you have to go, you're out of luck. Women's bathroom is down so have to share with me. Bathrooms are not deep cleaned, you are expected to clean up after yourself. No TP. There is a camp kitchen but turned off water and unhooked drain during freeze. Never reconnected so cooking was difficult for tenters as no access to drinking water. $15 a night for tents.
